Widget Studio

Widget Studio is Elara's merchant configuration panel — the interface where brands customize how their AI stylist looks, behaves, and engages shoppers on their Shopify store.

Widget Studio is the control layer between Elara's AI capabilities and a brand's specific store requirements. From Widget Studio, merchants can set the visual appearance of the chat widget (colors, logo, position), customize the copy Elara uses in different contexts (proactive messages, outfit rationale phrases, greeting messages), configure behavioral trigger rules (which signals initiate a proactive conversation, and on which pages), and set product surfacing priorities (which SKUs to promote, which to exclude, which to surface in specific occasion contexts). Widget Studio does not require developer involvement. Configuration changes take effect immediately and can be previewed live before publishing.
