Use case
New arrivals shouldn’t wait for shoppers to find them.
Most brands launch new drops with an email blast, a collection page, and hope. Shoppers who don’t open the email and don’t visit the collection page never see the product. Elara introduces new arrivals inside the conversation, contextually, at the moment of purchase intent.

The business case
First-week velocity on new arrivals determines their full season performance.
In fashion, the first two weeks of a product’s life largely determine its sell-through trajectory. Products that gain early velocity, via genuine purchase intent, not promotional pushes, maintain momentum. Products that sit for two weeks with minimal sales typically continue to underperform. Elara injects new arrivals into active buying conversations on day one, compressing the discovery curve.

New arrivals surface in relevant conversations
When a shopper brings an occasion brief that matches the new product’s use case, Elara considers it alongside existing catalog items. New arrivals can be flagged for higher surfacing weight in the Widget Studio.
03
NEW
Discovered inside the outfit, not a collection page.
The shopper discovers it in context
The new arrival appears as one piece of a complete outfit, not on a collection page the shopper may not visit. Discovery and consideration happen simultaneously.

Questions, answered.
Does Elara promote new arrivals even when they're not right for the outfit?
No. New arrivals compete for placement in outfits on merit, they need to be contextually appropriate for the occasion, the aesthetic, and the shopper's taste. Elara won't force it into an outfit where it doesn't belong.
Can I see how quickly new arrivals get discovered through Elara?
Yes. The analytics dashboard shows per-product discovery metrics: how many outfit recommendations the product appeared in, how many shoppers saw it, how many clicked, and how many purchased, all segmented by day.
How do I flag a new arrival for priority surfacing?
In the Widget Studio, set a priority surfacing window (e.g. 14 days) and optionally tag the occasion contexts where the product is most appropriate. Elara will weight the product more heavily in outfit selection during that window.
What about new arrivals that are exclusive or pre-launch?
You can set a surfacing start date for any product. A pre-launch new arrival can be added to the catalog with an Elara surfacing date set for the public launch date.
